Q: Unlimited Storage?
Is unlimited storage truly unlimited? Is there fair use 'soft limits' or duration-based auto-delete? If so, what are they?

I'm assuming that this question is for the recordings done on the "Presentation Mode" of Remo. If so, yes, every recording will be available for up to 30 days after it was recorded. Post this period, recording will be auto-deleted.

Thanks for the response. For an enterprise product, 30 days is really too short. Several competitors have soft data caps under fair use. Since you take a time based model, is it possible to push out the duration of data hold, especially for higher tier members? For max tier, 90 days seems like an acceptable hold period, for example.
