Q: Upgrade
I have already purchased Tier 3 in the current campaign and my first impressions are positive. I am therefore considering upgrading to Tier 4 treating it as an investment for the future.
However, I have questions:
- is the platform technically prepared for events with up to 700 participants?
- will the Tier 4 package get future updates to the AI options you are currently working on?
- the plan for future months outlined in the Roadmap looks modest. There are only a few points on it. What is the reason for this with a team of almost 20 people?
- is it possible to upload material such as pdf files, images or video links to the platform to be used during the meeting? Will users have any storage for their files?
- How does AI matchmaking work, is the matching based on the information provided at registration?

Thank you for the questions.
1. Yes, we hosted a 3000 member event in October. So the platform is capable of handling much higher numbers.
2. Yes, all updates to the AI-matchmaking service will be available to you.
3. We have 3 full time developers working on the roadmap. The individual items within the overall project (for example, AI tools) has a lot more work.
4. No. However, you can upload PDFs, embed files on the miro whiteboard or use the content banners to link a storage drive for guests to visit and download info.
5. Yes, the info you provide around your objectives and the skills you bring coupled with optional inputs like your LinkedIn profile and company website are all taken into account to match you with the best individuals within the event.
