I reviewed the software yesterday with my students. I'm a teacher and I use a lot of software, and since I teach online, stable video calling software is essential. We found many benefits and some drawbacks. Let's go into them:

Advantages:
- Very stable with no glitches
- up voting on questions
- in window embeds which we tested with feedback forms and tests
- polls
- announcements
- timer
- fun multi table concept
- general, table, and private chat with file sharing
- lobby to see who has arrived easily
- guest shuffling, could be good for varied team work

Disadvantages:
- available floor plans don't match my use case
- floor plans are so difficult to design and can't be 3D which I would prefer. I want to design several beautiful and engaging spaces on a weekly basis as I like to update my spaces several times per week. I'd like to have rooms with tables. A reading room, conversation room, writing room, listening room etc. It would also be great if I could embed videos and content in each room. The SVG thing is a real nightmare. I need more flexibility here. Perhaps an in software simple design app to upload images and/or 3D designs where the designer simply adds in the recognised tables and seating and area for advertisements.
- The area for advertisements could be more visually appealing and open in window. More like mini exhibition stalls.
- I think it's missing a notes section, and it would be great to have an AI copilot built in.
- poll/quizzes could be great with more questions and with an AI copilot to construct the questions and answer options as does other similar software.
- reactions could be more like upward floating YouTube reactions.
- Could the lobby have waiting music or a video message?
- The whiteboard uses Miro and in my opinion would be better if Remo had its own with an AI copilot to create infographs etc like Sketchwow software has.
- The ability to create in software presentations via an AI copilot could be awesome too such as the Gamma software which is truly amazing. This could bring presenting on the fly to a whole new level. BYOK would be valuable with all this AI.
- ***Last but not least*** The biggest headache for me is that I want to use it for 10 classes per day, 5 days a week, and creating new links all the time is a nightmare. I need just one link to use all the time. All other software I have used has this option to create a permanent room. It's ok that everyone is disconnected when the time is up, but I don't think the platform will fit my needs if I need to give my regular students new links for every class. I'll simply lose business.
