Thanks for your question. Regarding the emails: when you send a link to your customer you choose what you want to share with them. Everything is customizable and you can update later on as well if needed.

Re Automation: Currently, we have native integration with Jira and planing more integrations with CRM, Time Tracking, and Invoicing platforms. We are considering integration solutions as well so we will have a close look at Pabbly Connect and consider it as a potential candidate.
