Q: Some deals come to Appsumo with flexibility to gain user base, get great feedback, build beautiful roadmap, ...
spread the word out about their product and have all Appsumo affiliates creating great video reviews and sell some 6K plus codes. They answer the questions very reasonably with sincerity. They win and sumolings win.
Others come here to be rigid, not take feedback and give terrible answers to the honest questions asked by sumolings. I see people asking good questions and the answer here being we are Sillicon Valley company and that is why we are better. In your post you mention, that you are now 100% remote and don't use Sillicon Valley talent although you seem to brag about being a sillicon Valley. .Interesting !. My question to you is, you mentioned you had 3 starts before and this is your forth one? How long do you plan on holding to this since its apparent from your points that you focus on one product at a time unlike HR Partner? That means you made an exit from 3 previous start ups. Why would anyone trust you since you have history of startups and exits? Secondly, you mention that you are well funded, why are you here on Appsumo? Thirdly, why do you have limited employees per code? can you justify this in terms of cost?

May 15, 2024A: Hi Mr. Ali, I do sincerely appreciate this feedback. It was not our intention to come off rigid or not willing to take feedback.
I can wholeheartedly say that we appreciate any and all feedback because our goal is to create a product that goes above and beyond fulfilling customers’ needs. I have dedicating my life to RemoteTeam.com and there are varying reasons why I started and exited those previous startups. My goal was to just provide some insight into my history and who I am as a person.
I understand your doubts, but I can say with full certainty that I have no plans of leaving RemoteTeam.com. I have an overwhelming passion for my company and developing the platform to its fullest potential. I believe my exits of those previous startups is not indicative of my trustworthiness, but circumstantial. However, I do see how one can interpret things differently, and I hear your point. I hope this response helps reinforce that trust.
There are a few reasons why we wanted to be a part of the AppSumo community, mainly to be a part of an amazing community and help grow our user base. Although we have seen a drastic increase in our user base recently, we still strive to grow it to more startups so they can be more successful and we can also receive additional feedback and meet the ever-changing market needs.
Right now, our costs run on a monthly basis per employee. The lifetime deal offered here, you pay a one time fee of the respective prices to the code rather than a monthly payment per employee. You do save a substantial amount with this deal. If you would like, I can dive into more of the specifics of the amount which I'm happy to do if you're interested.
I hope my responses address your comments, and concerns. I am always available to be reached at [email protected] if you would like to follow up personally. Once again, I would like to extend my gratitude for your comments and I plan on answering every question with full transparency.
