Hello, I have 3 developer in Smart working and the tool seem good.
Easy to setup and use in all the world!
For my use I think Is missing:
- email notification when and emplyee generate invoice
- slack integration
- community group or forum
- Is not Easy found knowledge base
-assistance Is a bit slow
- roadmap

I hope in future they improve this features
