Promises to build a feature, then confirms won't
Me, on June 3:
"Will buy if you include screenshot capture and keystrokes / clicks monitoring. Please let me know if you do!"
Joseph from RemoteTeam, on June 3:
"We have seen that has been a highly requested feature and fully plan on developing our own functionality within our platform, but we can't say for certain when that would be available."
/me buys RemoteTeam, sets up account, invites team...
Joseph from RemoteTeam, on July 13:
"After an extensive talk with my teammates, we believe that the cost to reward ratio for building it does not justify us moving forward with developing that feature."

Wasted my time and seems unreliable. Good luck to Sumolings who decide to keep their codes.

May 9, 2024Hi Carl, I apologize that we were unable to accommodate that one feature for you and that we may have wasted any of your time. When we had our conversation and I first stated that "we fully plan" on having that feature, that was our team's belief at that time. Then, in the second conversation our plan had changed due to several circumstance and I said we were unable to "100% confirm" we would be building it any time soon. Unfortunately, plans happen to change and I wish we were able to provide that feature within our platform for you at this time, but we can not.
As I alluded to in our conversation, we were and are willing to offer accommodations for a third-party integration that would fulfill need. We attempted to work with you to remedy any issues that you were facing, but I completely understand your frustration. Hopefully, at some point you are able to see the benefits of our platform as many have. I hope that we are able to re-engage in friendly conversations to build a strong relationship at some point. Thank you for trying our product, I appreciate the feedback and I will continue to strive to do the best I can!
