First off App-Sumo, thank you so much for existing and plugging us in with amazing solutions like Remote Team! I purchased 250 Seats, I promise I will make a more in depth review in a few months.

I run a Remote Staffing AKA "Virtual Assistant" company, we currently have 30+ workers in the Philippines and managing everything through spreadsheets has become a hassle to say the least! The thought of expanding our team into new markets (Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, & Colombia), and keeping track of all the new currency rates, holidays, and special circumstances such as overtime and other nuances literally scares me.

I can see this software being an absolute linchpin as we scale, it will also save us 20+ hours per month when paying out all of our workers.

What I love so far:
- Software is super intuitive and easy to set-up
- I can customize overtime terms per market and client
- Inventory management - We currently own $30k+ worth of equipment and have a very bad system of actually tracking these items
- E-sign capabilities
- Being able to offer our clients Toggl, Harvest, & Desktime is a huge added benefit.

What I would like to see:
- An easier or more intuitive way to manually adjust hours, as many workers are going to forget to check in and check out
- The ability to have a timesheet where workers can just manually enter their own hours instead of check in and check out
- Xoom and Paypal integrations - This is what we are currently using, but signing up has forced me to work with the service providers available which actually look better suited for my company anyway

I think that this software is a game-changer for any outsourcing companies similar to mine, or even companies who have their own in-house remote staff recruitment.
