Q: Not generating captions and your contact us tab on your site is sending me back to homepage
Hello, I've uploaded the same MP3 track twice and NO captioning is being recognized. Is there an issue with the app? I also tried to reach out to you via your site but the FAQ Contact us is not working. How are we supposed to get answers if you don't allow us to ask questions? Do we have to come to Appsumo every time to ask question or inform you of errors on the site or product. Please FIX the contact us issue on your website and advise what is the issue with my MP3 audio not pickup the captioning. Thank you

We have no subtitling issue, it may be specific to MP3. Can you please send us an email with your account and mp3 file? So we can investigate the issue?
Please note that 1GB is allowed for tier 3. If you are on tier 3 and still not able to upload 1 GB of video please write us on team@rendercut.io and we will check it for your account.
Q: video subtitles can we change manually
when we upload video then automatically fetch subtitles, can we edit manually.

Q: If i have teir 3 and upload a 10 to 12 min video what will happen due to 7 min max upload? Will it upload or error?
