Q: Not able to stack codes
Hi, I purchased a code first to check out the product. I liked it and bought 2 more codes. How do I get the stacked version?
When I tried redeeming the code, it cancelled the old subscription and activated the new plan. I want to stack as three codes.
Should I get refund for all three and purchase again?

Edited Dec 3, 2025A: When you apply new code, it will cancel your old tier and based on the number of codes redeemed, you will be enrolled to the new tier.
So, you do not need to refund and purcahse again. As you mention you still have one code reaming to redeem, please go ahead and redeem it and you will be enrolled to Tier 3 which is 3 code stacking plan.
