A: Thanks for the query. We can understand the point. However, the plus emails are still valid and many people use them for legitimate purpose. If you want to disallow them, you will need to filter them out from your end. This feature is not available now. But if many users wants that, we may add this in the future. Thanks for the query. Yes, you can upload the same file in our platform with all the columns in it. After the verification, our system will add some additional columns at the end with verification data. Only requiremnt is, the file has to be in CSV format.

A: Hi, our support emails and the OTP are bouncing from you current email address. Seems like you email server is blocking our email or have a different issue. In such case, you can reply to our Facebook message and there we can help you to solve the issue. We will be waiting for your response there.
