Q: hey, could you please confirm how the credit spent works?
Your system deducts 1 credit for one valid email and if the email is not safe to send it falls in the other categories like unsafe,invalid, catch all so the credit deducted will be refunded to account? And how much time will it take to refund the credits which deducted during the invalid email?

May 16, 2024A: Thanks for the query. It's not exactly like that. Our system will charge credits if the system can verify/find the status of it (safe, role, catch-all, invalid etc). Any status except "unknown" will be counted as a successful verification. Here, successful verification means if the system could identify the status of it. If the system cannot identify the status of an email ("unknown" result), the credits will be refunded automatically after finishing the tasks. Let us know if you have any questions.
