Q: I like the app but I don't like the way it is structured.

I spoke to many. Most of us don't have the time to verify the emails every day. Certainly not on a weekend or when we are travelling. If we don't use our credits that day it is as good as gone. And it is so troublesome to track our records verifying bit by bit everyday. We prefer verifying a list at one single time than splitting over let say 10 days. So a monthly limit should be better for us. And please don't mention about the one-time credits. Because that will finished quickly. So this deal you are forcing us to buy more one time credit over the lifetime daily credits.

Furthermore, even if you allow monthly credits it will not affect your service quality much. Because not everyone choose the same day and same time to verify their list. Once in a while there may be overlap but not most of the time.

So, please offer monthly limit over daily limit. Thanks

A: Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts. It's not just the server limitation, there are a few other things involved. We use premium back-connect proxies to during the verification (which is essential for maintaining the quality), and these are not cheap. We have to pay on a pay-per-usage basis. When a large batch gets verified at once, the cost also increases due to the requirement for a larger IP pool. For these reasons, you may never see any reputed company offering large credits on a monthly basis for lifetime. Maintaining quality is always our top priority and we do not want to take any steps that can compromise that in the future.
However, we are planning to bring something for AppSumo members to be able to stack the daily credits for up to 30 days, along with some other exciting things. Please send us a message at support@reoon.com or https://fb.com/reoonofficial to discuss further on this and probably we will also be able to provide you with some other kind of adjustments for now.

having credits stack / roll over would be incredibly helpful. hope you implement this.

I am on the fence to buy. Is the "roll-over" already confirmed and part of the deal? Can we use unused credits for a max of 30 days? Thanks.

Thanks for the message. At the beginning of the launch, based on the request of many sumolings we were wondering if it is possible to bring credits rollover (a monthly paid feature). However, after discussing with a lot of other members, seemed like charging additional for credits rollover wouldn't be a great idea and enabling the rollover at this price would definitely make it much much harder for us to maintain the service quality in the long run as each verification also costs us money. So we decided not to go on that road and focus on providing high-quality service. I do have to acknowledge I appreciate you guys taking the long term approach and thinking about business sustainability for years to come seriously.

I agree with the concerns which the Sumlings have raised. A monthly allowance would be better but again, if that doesn't work for Reoon Team from a resource perspective, then it's understandable.

For the Sumlings reading this, try and setup automatic workflows using apps Pabbly, Integrately or Zapier so you can make use of the daily limits. Note, I personally haven't set this up yet. Just doing some research before I make the purchase but considering the Reoon Team does havea long time horizon (business sustainability), it gives me some comfort in making the purchase.
