This is quite a deal breaker. You set very low daily limits and at the same time you don't provide automation of checking larger amount than the daily limit is... This doesn't work for me and I found out this now, when I can't refund my purchase anymore...

Please make this automatic, it is very needed.

Or make it weekly credits, that could work too...

Thanks for sharing the feedback. We can understand the monthly credits would be much more helpful for the users instead of the daily credits. However, the credit system is designed in that way so that we can maintain the service quality in the long run. When a large list gets verified at once, the verification cost gets multiple times higher on our end because of reverse IP management to maintain the server's reputation. So, making it monthly may not allow us to survive by providing quality service in the long run. We checked a few other email validation companies that started providing monthly LTD, but due to the nature of the service, they couldn't maintain the quality in the long run and we do not want to end up like that in any way. We believe providing quality service is more important than quantity. The daily credits can be useful for people who need to verify small email lists or need to verify the emails of their subscribers during the registration on their website.

Hi reoon, this is not a question but a suggestion for you. I am using your service for quite a long time. The thing I like most is that you focus on the quality. A lot of people will suggest you a lot of things, but you cannot fulfill everyone's requirement. This deal may have low credits limit compared to the other LTD, but a lot of people like me prefer better quality over a huge quality less credits. All deal doesn't have to be for everyone.
So, my suggestion would be, do whatever necessary to maintain the quality. Do not increase the credit limit or make it more flexible than the current position, if you thing that can hamper the service quality in the long run. Wishing you good luck. --K

I know that is why I suggested weekly not monthly. I don't really need that, my concern is that you want us to upload tiny list of mail every day, instead of letting us add bigger list, and let it run automatically as many days as it needs. And you didn't even asnwered to that.

About the feature you mentioned, please note that there are two types of credits available in your account. The daily credits and the lifetime credits. Your account will have 500 daily credits and 100k instant/lifetime credits after one code activation. In that case, if you upload a file with 3000 emails in it, the first 500 will get verified using the daily credits and the remaining 2500 will be verified using the instant credits (so you do not need to wait). About the feature you mentioned, it is not planned on our end yet. We can understand this can be helpful for users, and if possible, we may add this feature in the future. But we cannot guarantee this feature at the moment as a lot of things depend on that and the technical complexity is also high although the idea is simple. The system is basically designed to validate large email sets at once. The daily credits are mostly helpful for users who need to verify a small email list regularly or want to integrate the service into their website's registration/contact form.
