To use Reoon for our EU users we need two documents under GDPR:

1. A Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 (an online addendum we accept electronically is fine; it doesn't need to be signed on paper).

2. Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Commission 2021, Module 2) covering any processing on servers outside the EU/EEA.

Could you also confirm which legal entity we contract with, which countries your validation servers run in, and whether real-time API checks (not just bulk tasks) are also deleted after 15 days?

I have seen multiple answers before from you talking about how it's hosted by "a german company" and that you will have DPA in the future but unfortunately that's not enough. And, honestly, complying with these GDPR requirements should take you just a few hours and a Claude Code session...
