Reoon do not auto check WordPress leads
I was disappointed with Reoon's WordPress Forminator form email checking feature. While it allows for manual quality checks, I purchased this deal based on their claim that it would also check web forms in WordPress, which it does not. Reoon fails to check standard WordPress fields, and the WP plugin did not function as expected. Additionally, it does not check any contacts submitted through my chosen WordPress form. To make matters worse, I received no assistance or adequate support from Reoon regarding this issue. It seems they do not prioritize addressing this missing functionality.

Apr 24, 2025Thanks for sharing the details. We appreciate your feedback. We have released a WordPress plugin update and the issue is already solved.
Please note that, the Forminator form is a 3rd party plugin and unlike any other 3rd party plugins/forms we do not have any control over their end. Recently, they released an update on their webhooks part which removed our access from the form submission area of the form. Because of that reaso,n our plugin stopped working there for a few days with the new version of their plugin (which is not solved).
As we do not have any control on how the 3rd party plugins/forms will release future updates, we cannot gurantee that that will not happen again. But if this happens, we will surely do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible (which is fixed in this case).
As the issue is already fixed, we hope you will understand the situation and will consider removing/updating this feedback. We wish you a wonderful day.
