That's really strange! Our service is fully up and running. There was ZERO downtime in the last 2 weeks (not even for 5 minutes). We have also just tested on our end to make sure everything is up and running. We also have not received any such reports from any of our other users. So there must be something wrong on your end. It might be a block from your ISP or government (sometimes they try to block one thing and unintentionally block the others who are using the same hosting or DNS provider). Also a small possibility that it might have been blocked by your computer's antivirus. In that case please try once from your mobile phone just to check it the site loads there (using mobile data if possible).

We have also just spent some time on our support channel to find your email and found that you did send us an email about 6 days ago. However, there was only the email subject without body content. So it was marked as spam and we didn't notice that, unfortunately. We have already responded to your email with additional details.

Please respond to your email and we will try our best to find out the real reason behind that and will help you to solve the issue you are facing. We are waiting for your response.

Edit: The issue has been fixed with the user. It was related to the DNS settings of the user. His local ISP's DNS was the issue. User switched to the Google DNS and everything was good. As the issue has been resolved, can you please update your review here? Thanks.
