Hi, we can understand your feedback. We are operating from Bangladesh and recently many political things are happening here. The internet connection of the whole country (Bangladesh) was blocked for around a week and it was a complete internet shutdown. That was caused because of ongoing student protests against political movements and 200+ people died during the protest. Because of the internet blockage and protest, we could not connect/check any support requests at that time. Today the internet connection is back (partially) and we started to work again, but it can take a few days for us to check all the pending requests. However, as our primary servers are residing in the EU and Other regions, the web and app services were mostly uninterrupted. About the spamtrap issue. The spamtraps are designed to be undetected. Our system can detect some percentage of the spamtraps based on many parameters. However, detecting 100% of the spam traps is not possible by any verifier (we also never claim that we can detect all spamtraps). If someone claims that they can detect all spamtraps, that would be misleading/false information. Any good email can be internally configured as spamtrap.
