Why I can't see the lifetime credient?
I bought the plan B, and I active one, and add the other redeem code in the promotion code, but the final credit is different than the numbers listed here, what's wrong with that?
The plan 2 said it is still Daily Credits 500/500, and Instant Credits 110100.
I have two codes, but still is 110100, is it something wrong?
By the way, on this page, the bonus for 1 code is Bonus: 220K lifetime credits (will not renew or expire), but the backend is only 110100? Could you kindly explain? Thank you.
PS: Is my activation wrong? I have two codes, but no other ways to show me how to activate.

May 9, 2024Hi, thanks for telling us the details. Most probably you haven't activated the second code on our dashboard. Please get the second code from AppSumo's dashboard and activate it on our dashboard like the first one (Go to the Buy Credits Section from the left side bar and then press the button "Add credits with code"). If you are still not able to do this, please send us and email at support@reoon.com mentioning your both purchased keys and we can activate them from our end.
Please note that, you got 110K instant credits instead of 100K for one code, because during the SumoDay time, we are offering additional 10% instant credits from our end as well. So, basically, you are getting 10% extra for 10% less in this SumoDays (the 96 hours). Have a great day.
