Q: An integration that we think would be very useful would be to be able to offer the customer to call us or ...

call him at the phone number he tells us.

1.- Offer a button to the Client, who wants to contact us, so that this same client can make a call directly from the REPLAN application, to take this same client to the telephone, to make the call from his own telephone to our Customer Service To the client.

2.- Offer another button where the Client is offered the option of leaving his name and telephone number so that we can call him back from our Customer Service department.
With the options of returning the call:
A.- As soon as possible. (Very urgent)
B.- In the next hours. (Urgent)
C. - Today during the day. (Normal)
D. - Enter today Tomorrow. (Without much Urgency)
