Q: Are the video chat limits per month or total?
What happens when they run out?
I was under the impression that you could chat with customers from within whatsapp and facebook messenger directly but all you actually get are notifications in whatsapp and chats are through a browser app. Not what I thought. Also showing other channels like whatsapp and SMS for clients to use just link them to your direct number so there is no chatbot or agent transfer functionality. Any plans to build a more integrated feature with whatsapp, facebook messenger, or any other app?
The problem with livechat is that people don't stay at their screen, I am looking for a way customers can use any chat app they want and all messages go through the server so on the businesses end you can transfer to another agent and use all chat features ideally through whichever medium each agent wants to use as well. Is this even possible?

And we're the only company in the world who made such a deep integration. By the way, you should try to use Telegram. It's even more integrated there.

Did you know, that only 15% of your customers are ready to share with business their private information? So our approach is to provide to both of participants the fastest and private way to communicate, letting your customers to stay on the website and using your agent's messenger to chat with them. There're lots of services that you're looking for, maybe they will fit you better.
Video-limits are per chat in total.
If you have 10 websites, then you have 20 calls for each of them
