Replain codes) and upon activation, I am shocked and surprised to find that you have included only a 20 one time off credits for the video chat function!
I understand that you need to find new revenue channel for development. However, bear in mind that instant video chat function is so so so common and present in nearly all social media platforms these days. I also understand that if regular Replain subscribers need to buy credits as part of their monthly plan. However, for most Sumolings, asking them to pay for a commonly present and FREE function would only create more dissatisfaction than goodwill and referral marketing.
Many Appsumo frequent users are either of Small & Medium-Sized agencies or savvy SaaS using professionals, Replain can forge and create more goodwill and collaboration by getting the community to promote Replain through word of mouth with generous and cost-effective tactics. Why just limited this potential growth hacking channel by putting a stop to use video chat with merely 20 one time off credits?
I understand for 3 codes, you guys have packaged a wonderful and great product as part of Appsumo offer. However, why just put a “dent” on the offer with a one-time off 20 credits which is like a barrier to continue to use Replain video chat. I mean users can easily switch to use the normal video chat function on their mobile devices in any case without Replain module.
Last but not least, I sincerely hope that you, as the Founder, and your team can discuss and consider the implications on a merely 20 credits, which I believe is an insult to the Sumolings and SaaS community as together, they offer so much more to promote your product while it seems that they are only worth a 20 one time off credits.
