A: 1. chat with 2 or more clients in same time on the same platform (eg FB)- how is that going to work?

All clients will appear in one chat called Re:plain.
To choose the addressee just click on the button with a pencil. And that's it. We'll remember your choise for 10 minutes.
If you want to change the addressee - just click the Pencil button under his or her message.

2. if i put this in more than 1 website - how do i know which website is the message from?

Easy. Each message will start from the name of the chat.

3. i read you put some kind of notification in the message that contains your company/product name? is that so?
