Q: Hi, Could the REPLAIN BOT be offered the possibility to attend and respond to the Client in a language chosen by the Client?

We have customers in English, German and Spanish on our website and we would like the customer to choose in which language they want to be served by our REPLAIN customer service.

In the event that REPLAIN does not have this possibility now. You could add it. It would be a VERY PROFESSIONAL Customer Service option.

With Replain you can create an unlimited number of chats and websites.

As a result, you can create something like this: Website (EN), Website (DE), Website (ES). Place these 3 codes to your relevant language versions (I believe, that there is no way that you don't have three different language versions of your website if it's so much important for you).

Add specific operators who speak on these languages. And you will immediately see the language preferences of the client. Without even asking any questions.
