Q: Hi there, you might have heard of liveagent.
I decided to implement all of my websites, fb pages, twitter to have the liveagent provided 1 emailid. This achieved single point of all communication tracking. I am trying to understand how is this going to be different. It won't look good to have multiple agents on the same website. I already have liveagent and birdseed. I would say, that the main difference is that you or your clients don't have to have any dashboards or applications. Replain works directly in your messenger (Facebook and Telegram)
So, you have a website, you can connect several operators or remain yourself and you'll be able to chat with your website visitors through your messenger.
You can't accumulate different channels into Replain. We're focused more on SMBs and they prefer one channel - from website to their preferred messenger.
