My question was not a deal breaker but it was the deal saver and you already saved the deal by adding 10 websites.
This is a bad thing. A reasonable question should not be moderation.

I am asking this because 1 facebook messenger code can be added to unlimited sites.

—Not really. You can connect to 1 FB or Telegram account 10+ websites. For example, if you have several businesses, you can connect them all to Re:plain. Set every chat as you prefer, and support all your companies under 1 messenger account.
Yes, technically you can place 1 code to 10 different domains. But this solution is rather rare and seems to be quite strange. For example, we have 7 codes placed on 1 website. It allows us to have different teams and slightly different settings depending on languages and time zones.

—Everything will work as we discussed. I would only add, that to allow the team to see chat history of their chat you need Chat history power up.
Imagine any other live-chat application. For example Intercom. They have their own application. Every person has to install it to work with.
We're the same, but we don't need an application for the operators and Admins. (And your client don't have to have anything)
All you need as a business owner with Re:plain - is your messenger. You'll control everything in your messenger. As simple as chat wit a friend.
