Rarely do I see a piece of code that is so graceful, so simple, that it makes me want to applaud. This is that piece of code. We have tested every chatbot out there, with all manner of features and attendant complexity. This system is the simplest, cleanest, most straight-forward chatbot we have ever encountered.

But beware - it requires you to rethink the way you access and set up a software. All the usual hoops we jump through — log into a site, go to settings, return repeatedly to a main dashboard — are missing. So at first glance, it baffles. You think you must be missing something! Then you realize it's just simpler than you were trying to make it. The only way I can describe it is that Re:Plain has replaced desktop processes, steps, and habits with the simplicity of conversation.

This is the work of a truly elegant mind.
