This is based on a 3 Stack deal linked with telegram.
- Pros
-- Support is very responsive ( Igor's got your back)
-- Rare Chat application without branding on the frontend ( most have a poweredby link).
-- VERY light on the website resources , insignificant effect on my pagespeed , in fact this is why I had refunded birdseed (it slowed by pagespeed greatly)
-- Very generous with all powerups present and future, No of installs and operators etc.,
-- Easy management via the Telegram application , since we are already signed in on Mobile, there is no need to signin to another application.
- Cons ( nothing affecting usage of the app )
-- UI could be more flexibility (colours options are limited , need RGB/Hex)
-- Scheduler needs to allow for Holidays, working hours need to allow half hour increments.
-- Auto response form messages should be customisable.
-- Update page not showing any update after Sep 2019.

All in all not a deal to be missed, for an non branded, light and customisable Chat app = > 5 Tacos easy.
