When Replain was launched here in AppSumo, it didn't catch enough of my attention - as there was PalDesk already live on AppSumo which had a more generous offer in comparison to previous deals (in the same niche). Like others, it also offered a conventional dashboard solution, therefore, it was easier to understand what they had to offer.

The main reason behind this - was that I couldn't understand how it (Replain) works! I looked at the product (FAQs, connection instruction, etc) but still found it hard to figure out exactly how should I connect all the dots - because my brain was focused on searching for a convenient way of managing my account - i.e., a client dashboard under Replain website.

It took me a few weeks just to think about giving it a try.

Like many Sumo-L-ings mentioned in their previous reviews, I also found it challenging to grasp its concepts/functionalities, at first. It felt a little complicated, to begin with. So, after trying it out for a while, I almost felt like giving it all up.

BUT I am glad that I didn't give up and continued to test it out further. I, then, came to realize how easy it is - to use the system - once you know how it works. Unlike the conventional ways of accessing our account for management, we can manage everything from our own Facebook Messenger and/or Telegram account.

Top 3 features that I liked:

3) Unlimited (with 3 x codes) features and responsive customer support

Top 3 features that I wish to be implemented:

1) Agent Groups / Departments [already planned on the roadmap]
2) Auto routing/assignment rules
3) Better organize/group conversations

Last but not least, Replain - in my personal opinion - is a highly innovative product in its niche to date. The roadmap is developing to become more promising (and of course, we can influence it too). It's already a great product and it can only get better from this point forward.

I cannot wait to see it grow and at the same time be excited to see what new features will it bring to us in the upcoming days.
