I got this for a client project as it seemed to include everything needed. It is nice to be able to have them answer requests from the messenger chat.

The chat works pretty well, though setting t up/customizing is a bit clunky.

Their "Menu/Dashboard" is very basic looking - i do wish it has a cleaner/more modern look.

I do know the "strength" of this is that it is done through messengers - still, I wish there would be a dedicated link outside of the messenger that a person could log into their dashboard - without having to authorize via messengers/etc.

I was thinking the Automate Support was an actual full-fledge Chat Bot that a person typed in a question and it gave suggested answers. Instead, it basically is a "pinned" set of FAQs that a user would click the question for an answer.

These are all elements that could be improved (and I hope they do).

All in all, for the price, this is a great deal. It adds amazing functionality to your site for a very reasonable cost!
