I bought it, spend a day setting it up, then when the chat didn't work as expected I reach out to their support, which is so useless that after spending one hour I have realized that all the fancy features which you expect it to be are all add-ons, and the base product is just a simple chat widget, I have requested them to change my add-ons which are fixed and have to be selected during redemption, but they didn't help me instead gave me the reason that they can't do anything since they are giving support from WhatsApp.

the product could have been something interesting, but a big waste of time and expectation, I am cancelling it as I write it.

A note to the owner, customer support is there to help your users, not to waste their time.
