Q: Can this be used for new social accounts?
I've read that replient uses existing comments to analyze the brand's tone of voice(language as well as docs, websites and pdfs we provide.
Is it also equally useful for new accounts that have no comments yet?
Is it possible to establish tone of voice without existing comments?

Yes, we do take historic interactions on your social media accounts for teaching brand voice. But also replient.ai learns with every comment you send via our tool. So you will still get AI suggestions (that might sound like AI) and you can edit them. When you send it we will take this into learning for the future!
