Q: Confused about "brands"
So what does more brands mean? How does that work?

Aug 8, 2025A: In replient.ai, a brand is basically one business or account setup you manage inside the platform — with its own connected social media profiles, website data, custom instructions, and automations.
If you have more brands, that means you can manage completely separate companies or instances in the same replient.ai account.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
1 brand =
One company or project, e.g., “Sunny’s Coffee Co.” with its own Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Google Reviews connected.
• All comments, automations, tags, and suggestions are tuned to that coffee shop’s voice, products, and website.
2 brands =
Maybe you have “Sunny’s Coffee Co.” and “Sunny’s Bakery.”
• You connect different social media accounts for each.
• The AI suggestions, sentiment analysis, and automations are independent — coffee comments never mix with bakery comments.
Why have more brands?
• You run multiple businesses.
• You manage social accounts for different clients (like an agency).
• You want completely separate settings, tags, and history per project.
So, more brands = more separate, fully isolated workspaces inside your replient.ai account - each with its own connected platforms, automations, training data, and analytics.
