Q: Could you make your offer better?
I saw we don't get DM as it's in Pro paln and all your plans here are Lite, even T3. That, combined with the low limits makes this offer unappealing.

May 14, 2025A: Thanks for your question — I totally understand your point. The DM feature is currently still in beta and will soon be integrated with AI. That’s why it’s been set up with future functionality in mind, and it will be available only for Pro and Enterprise plans.
Since we cover the costs of multiple AI services behind the scenes, we're unfortunately not able to offer higher-tier features beyond what's included in the LTD. We're committed to making the LTD a great deal while also keeping the cost structure sustainable, even though we don’t generate profit from LTD users.

The LTD isn’t meant to match Pro or Enterprise but to offer strong core value without recurring fees: AI replies, automations, and multi-platform support. While some features like DMs are reserved for higher tiers, we still believe it's a nice use case for lot of people.
Just-SPLUSWhile the limits feel low, I actually love this response. It's much rather have a founder that is honest, practical, candid, and sincere than a founder who makes temporary concessions and empty promises only to rug pull the accounts later on. At some point we Sumolings need to balance our need/desire for a great deal and realistic terms that don't leave is high and dry later.

No! The founder simply needs to open up API access so we can Bring Our Own Keys at the highest tier. Then, they wouldn't have to bear the full weight of the costs involved. Almost everyone here understands that the LLM's are doing the heavy lifting for these AI products. They wouldn't be revealing any "secrets" by allowing BYOK for Sumolings. They could remove BYOK for normal subscribers.
