Hi, I just have some questions:
1. So now it's clear that all tiers in the AppSumo plan get DM features (like ManyChat)?
2. How is a brand counted in Tier 1? Does a subdomain count as 1 brand or not?
3. How are comments counted? Just from clients only, just from us, or combined?

1. Yes manual DM access is available in all AppSumo plans. DM automations are currently in beta and not live yet.
2. You can connect multiple domains per brand. Each brand can connect 1 account of each social media plattform (eg. 1x FB, 1x TT, ...)
3. One comment is counted for all incoming comments to the connected pages. We generate 3 AI suggestions right at the moment that the comments come into replient.ai. So you save lot of time and don't have to generate AI suggestions manually.

So we won't get automatic DM like Manychat? or only high tier?
Sending a DM from a comment interaction is included in all tiers. Automations within DMs are not yet developed in our app :)
