I have some questions.
1. Do you have any plans to integrate platforms like Reddit in the near future?
2. Do you plan in developing the platform to also perform outbound messaging?
Currently I use https://packagesss.com/ to automate messaging on threads and facebook groups that are using specific keywords. It's tricky to use but I think is a major use case for these automated messaging ai platforms. Would your team consider exploring this as well?
3. Can you add BYOK? This is for the longevity of your product. Too many products have been dying because of their inability to manage overheads. I think most people would be happy to manage their own usage if that also means that this increases our limits and reduces the cost on your side.

1. Yes, we are currently planning the following platforms: YouTube, Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Linkedin Personal, X - Reddit would definately be an option but is not the focus right now due to its complexity.
2. Currently we are focusing on building a high performant customer support solution (not outbound). But its definitely a good future development opportunity.
3. Yes, we are already exploring this, but there are some major security problems with adding your API to our product that we need to check first.
