Q: Plan changes and DM limits?
Hi, post-July 7th 2025, can you:
1) update or break down what the plans include?
2) How do DMs count towards the 350 comments per month, for example, in Plan 1?
3) if we grow to need more than 1,050 comments per month in the future how will that be handled? Or will we need to sign-up for a new account?

1) the plan includes access to our DM function.
2) Currently we don't have AI implemented in DMs, but as soon as we do each AI-answer generation in DMs will count towards your limit
3) You can reach out to customer support for a higher plan, but you cannot stack more than 3 codes.

It means that you can manage private messages from Facebook & Instagram also directly via replient.ai. This was unavailable before for AppSumo plans.
