Currently, replient.ai works with Facebook Pages (not personal profiles) due to API limitations. So, managing comments from a personal profile or posting as one isn’t supported.

2️⃣ Can I auto-reply (with a link) to people who comment on a post in a Facebook Group? Can I also DM them after?
We don’t support Facebook Groups at the moment - only Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, and (soon) LinkedIn. But once group access becomes available via API, we’ll definitely look into it!
✅ When using Facebook Pages, you can auto-reply to comments with a link, and yes — it's also possible to send a DM after a comment reply (you can use DM automations with replient.ai instead of tools like Manychat).

3️⃣ Can I manually write 3–4 custom comments and randomly send one of them each time instead of using AI?
Absolutely! 🙌 You can add multiple custom reply variants in the automation settings. replient.ai will then randomly rotate those replies, so you're not sending the same one over and over. No AI required.

4️⃣ Is it safe from getting blocked on Facebook?
Yes — we follow official API rules provided by Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. As long as your activity stays natural (no spammy behavior or bulk messaging), it’s fully compliant and safe to use. We’ve also implemented randomized delays in automations to help prevent blocks. Thanks to these precautions, no user has ever been blocked so far.
