Can I stack more than 3 Codes? Lets pretend if I need more brands or more comments per month?
And what about a Webhook with which I can get a notification in my own infrastructure?

At the moment we only offer 3 codes for the LTD.
You can upgrade further inside replient.ai with a monthly AppSumo discount.
For the webhook:
Yes, you can set up a custom webhook automation directly in replient.ai based on your custom triggers (you can define yourself when a webhook should send). Also you can identify email addresses (setup as trigger) from comments to send to your infrastructure and send them an email.

do you have an example video how to use and setup the webhook automation to send an email (via an external service) ?
You can just use our automation feature and create your "triggers".
On the action on the right you can select "Send webhook notification" and put in your webhook URL

I didn't find the feature to wait for an answer of my direct message to s.o. - since i believe noone would put his email to the comments this have to be a step later.
Is that feature planned? and is there an ETA?
Automations & AI suggestions for DMs are still on our roadmap.
This will be finished in Q3 this year as we focus on new integrations the upcoming months first.
