Q: Unused credits will get carry over next month or get reset
1) Can the unused credits will get carry over next month or get reset every month.
2) As you mentioned in one of the questions, that daily message sending limit is 100, then what will happen to the comments or messages received beyond 100? Will they be answered next day or simply ignored?
3) You mentioned that AI generate 3 suggestions with every message received, then how the automation will decide which one to send?

thanks for your questions.
1) the plan resets every month and this resets also the comments.
2) There is no daily sending liming, only a monthly credit limit. You can use all credits within one day as well if you want. Sorry if that was not clearly stated in another question.
3) You can set up the automation to "send 1st/2nd/3rd AI suggestion". But you will quickly get the sense of it, as the 1st AI suggestion is always seen as "the favorite answer".
