Because you're suggesting upgrading to a monthly plan with traditional rates, even though it's part of the LTD plan, with higher rates than your competitors.
I suggest reconsidering for a win-win.
In fact, remember that many people want to purchase Level 5 or higher, and won't even use the Level 1 limits or use the tool in the future; but they want to be sure they're not limited.
Do you think that with dozens or hundreds of purchased tools, we really use them all? Often, we don't even use them the first time.

In that sense, if 100 comments arrive, and I request a response to that comment, I can also send a private message.

If you get 100 comments, 100 credits will be deducted no matter if you answer with an AI suggestion or automate them with a DM.
So in your example it would be 100, not 200.
