This is a truely amazing tool .Sick good UI/UX and onboarding. I'm super happy with it. From the moment you connect the channels replient.ai searches your historic interactions with your customers and takes it for learning. If it's a new channel then it would be the best approach to do it manually for a while so it then can learn from your tone of voice. Must have for any business using social media. Which is everyone! Highly recommended.

A fantastic tool!
I was finding it so hard to keep on top of comments and messages across Facebook and Instagram and needed to be sure I wasn't missing anything important. Not only does Replient give me full visibility, it also comes up with fantastic answering and cuts down our time to respond to customer significantly.

Amazing but with limitations
This is an amazing tool — polished, intuitive, and with great potential. However, there are a few key issues that held me back from fully adopting it.
Main Concerns
Credit Usage on Pre-Generated Responses
Every single comment automatically deducts 1 point because a response is pre-generated in advance. I personally receive many comments I have no intention of replying to, so this ends up wasting credits unnecessarily. I’d prefer the option to choose whether or not to generate a response before credits are deducted.
Single Account Access
Currently, only one account can access the platform. It would be far more useful to allow inviting at least two additional teammates, with the ability to assign specific brand access to each. This is essential for managing multiple brands efficiently.
Restriction to One Business Manager
All pages have to be under a single Business Manager. This is a major limitation for me, as I manage three brands using anti-fingerprint browsers, proxies, separate BMs, and pages. I would much prefer the flexibility to connect multiple BMs, each with its corresponding page.
Final Note
If these restrictions weren’t in place, I’d gladly overlook the low limits and continue with a discounted subscription because of the significant time savings and convenience this tool offers.
Best of luck to the makers — I’d be happy to reconsider in the future.

I updated to 4 tacos, to be fair. I think the tool is really cool and as of now the support is rapid and fast. I sincerely hope that this multilogin option will be considered. If that will be implemented I am ready to sign up.
