I was finding it so hard to keep on top of comments and messages across Facebook and Instagram and needed to be sure I wasn't missing anything important. Not only does Replient give me full visibility, it also comes up with fantastic answering and cuts down our time to respond to customer significantly.

I am really looking forward to DMs being a feature (I hear they're on their way!) and seeing how the platform develops over time.
