I totally understand that the limits on the number of messages per month on tier 3 are not enough for those who run campaigns on Instagram, for example. But, this is his business model to make this thing sustainable. And if you are loving it, it is working, and the number of messages is increasing, why not pay per month?
I am a "one-man show" beginning with my social media marketing. To me, this software is perfect. The level of the AI responses is unbelievable once it learns your brands (I used my websites for that). Actually, the level of the messages is way better than what I would do manually :). In that sense, if I have decided to go through the ManyChat route I would be already paying per month without having this level of efficiency in my replies. The replies are so well-designed by AI that people always interact again with at least a heart.
The support is outstanding; I think Markus doesn't sleep and is online almost 24X7. He not only answers fast, but solves the issues very, very fast.
So, if you don't usually need to reply to thousands of messages per month, this software is a blessing, and if you need to, you have the first 1050 already paid, so, at least to me, it is a no-brainer.
I used to take a long time to reply, sometimes even forgetting to reply at all. Now I have an efficient AI assistant to do that.
