Been Looking for this Software!
I just started using this, but already loving it. I love being able to track and respond to my comments in one place. As I grow on social, honestly this (and DM's) in one place is such a game-changer. I actually look forward to comments and replying now!
Founder seems great and it seems that Replient is still growing and getting better! It's a part of my 'social media workflow' now and I feel lucky to have this as a piece of it!
My only wish is that it was legit a one-stop-shop for comments, DMs, and Whatsapp - I have another tool for the latter two, but that's my dream one day :). For now, I'm happy with Replient and will be using it daily...

Quick tip on your one-stop-shop dream: DMs are already built into replient.ai, so you might be able to drop one of those other tools sooner than you think š. WhatsApp is on our radar too, and we're currently evaluating the channel ā we're building fast, so stay tuned.
