First off, THANK YOU SO MUCH for creating a unified social media inbox that ACTUALLY WORKS!!!

It’s been such a struggle to find one that supports all the major platforms. Most social media management tools, at best, only cover YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, which feels super limiting. Managing multiple channels and constantly jumping between them is mentally exhausting. As a one-person content creator, that’s been my biggest pain point. Honestly, I had been abandoning several channels altogether. But with this tool, I can finally get back on track.

I’m really, really, really looking forward to seeing Threads, BlueSky, and X/Twitter support! (Any ETA?! I seriously can’t wait! 😹) With X/Twitter, I totally understand that the API fees are steep. I personally wouldn’t mind an option to bring my own API key (BYOK) if that helps speed up support, as that’s something a few other tools are already doing.

Once Replient supports all the major platforms in one unified inbox, it’s going to be truly one of a kind in the social media tool market. Because honestly, none of the existing unified social comment inbox never works THIS GOOD. Trust me! (Sorry for being overly passionate, but really it’s impossible to find unified comment inbox tools exists as of 2025!! Because all the other tools are just focusing on posting and scheduling!!)

I really hope Replient product design continues to stay focused on unified inbox for comments and DMs, and becomes the absolute best social inbox tool out there!!

P.S. I forgot to mention the AI feature… Although I believe we can’t/shouldn’t fully automate the audience interaction for authentic connections. But having 3 drafts of AI generated replies are indeed helps me to process all the messages faster than before!!! Can i give you more than 5 tacos?
