Hello Team,
Does 1 credit equal to 1 email send?
For example, If I make a custom AI Image and integrate it with a list of 5000 contacts.
Sending that emails to the list would take 5000 credits? Please explain with a detailed answer and example.
Also, pls confirm what social media platforms are included with the LTD.

1 credit = 1 personalized element per lead (not per email send).
So it depends on what you personalize. For example:
If you use 1 personalized element like an AI image, for 5,000 leads → 5,000 credits
If you use 2 personalized elements like AI image + personalized email copy → 10,000 credits for 5,000 leads
So credits scale based on how many elements you personalize per contact, not just the number of emails sent.
Example:
5,000 leads
AI image (1 credit) + personalized intro line (1 credit)
→ Total = 2 credits per lead = 10,000 credits
Regarding socail media platforms, no URL:s that require logins like Youtube, FB, Instagram or Linkedin is included in the LTD but you can still use any public website URLs websites, google, job boards (without login or access restrictions) to create personalized visuals and videos at scale.
