Hey, first of all thank you for your support and being with us since the beginning! \u000a\u000aBrowser automation points are about your Persona being able to take over a browser and complete tasks on your behalf. Every task it attempts to do will cost a certain amount of energy based on the number of clicks it needs to take to complete the task. Frankly this is an early feature, so it\u0027s still rough around the edges, but rapidly improving.\u000a\u000aYes, video persona is only on tier 3.\u000a\u000aWe have a Persona subscription on the platform already, and wanted to avoid people cancelling their monthly plans on mass to buy the LTD, that\u0027s why we didn\u0027t do a big email blast to our users. If you contact us, we may be able to do something for you considering you\u0027ve been a supporter early on! We will be here another month or so.\u000a\u000aThanks re: the new UI! Finally, we\u0027re not on Make, but we actually give you a free paid zapier account as a BHuman user, so you can use that to do all your automations.

Hey Don, do you have a video showing how to use that browser automation? I can\u0027t find where or how to do it. I have contacted support multiple times about this and they haven\u0027t replied or just sent me unrelated videos.
