Q: Hi, can you please help me to understand the following: 1) How does you 500 contact limit works every month?

is it like we can keep adding 500 every month or we have to delete the old ones and add again or how does it work?
2) How does it even refresh?

Phone: Do we integrate with any provider or its included. Pricing plan, min, SMS charges etc...other cost if any.

Please advise.
Thanks.

A: Hi sumoly,
Thanks for your questions and interest in Reply.

Here are the answers:
1. The contacts limit means that you can only reach out to 500 prospects per month. However, you can still upload and keep as many contacts as you need in your Reply account - you don't have to delete any of the contacts.
2. The limit refreshes once per month so if you sign up and start sending emails today, the limit will reset on September 14th.

As for the calling feature, we integrate with Twilio - so you need to use your existing account with it or create a new one and will be charged by Twilio according to their service fees. As of now, you won't need to pay any extra fees to use this feature in Reply (however, we might consider introducing an extra $20 per month service fee later on - which is a common practice for this kind of features).

Hope that makes sense!
If you have any other questions, I would be happy to help. You can also reach out to our support team using online chat or email (support@reply.io).

Best regards!

So are you saying that once the 60 day period is done, You could end up charging us $20 for the account or feature?

Is it deception or bait or false advertising that all the integrations are included?
If you are planning to charge eventually then it does not mean that you will be charging for it.

That's wrong and false marketing....

Please clarify.

Sumoly,
No, that's not what I'm saying.
As we've previously mentioned, the calling feature is free while still in beta. So we might indeed consider charging for it later on - not in the near future (or maybe never), but we thought you should still be aware of this possibility.
So this has nothing to do with Appsumo deal - the terms are equal for all plans and all users.

Also, all integrations ARE included - they have been made available to all Appsumo plan users after we've updated our deal terms. And they are also completely free to use.

So there's nothing deceptive about our deal - the terms are pretty clear.
Hope that makes sense.
