Reply is one of the more established players in the cold email outreach game. So their tech on the email side is great! This brings the taco score up a notch.

I'm really glad they changed things to allow us to change/swap sending addresses. And adding TWO senders to this deal is awesome!

BUT

1.) As everyone has already mentioned...500 contacts per month is simply too low. They justify it by describing a use case where you're reaching out to ONLY high-touch, super-customized emails. We all know that the majority of cold emailers are send mass, not high touch. (Why would you really even need outreach software if your're doing meticulous, researched emails.)

2.) The LinkedIn scraper is garbage. It requires way too much in the way of cobbled together Chrome plugins. PLUS, it doesn't find very many emails at all. Yes, I know the number of emails is different depending on search criteria. But that's not the problem. I ran it alongside Skrapp.io and Skrapp came back with emails on every page. Whereas this tool came back with nothing. Who knows, maybe I'm doing it wrong. But it still feels ultra clunky and I'll simply never make that part of my workflow.

Doesn't look like they're willing to budge on the sending limits (1,000/mo would be nice). I'm keeping the deal, though because you can never have too many outreach applications.
